Corn or Rice?
Both corn and rice fill give off a wonderful moist heat. Rice has a little more moisture than
the corn, but the corn has a nice beaded feel to it.

Some people are worried to use a popcorn heating pad thinking the pop corn may pop, but the truth is you have to
leave it in the microwave way too long in order for that to happen. You need to set the timer when using the corn wrap,
or the rice wrap. But then again, you should always set the timer on your microwave!
Is there a corn available that can do the same thing but no chance of popping? Yes!
The corn that is used that doesn't pop in corn bags is a feed corn and is a more bulky corn, We wanted a compact
heating pad for this style so we use pop corn.
We like the smooth feel of a pop corn kernel, it has a nice beaded feel to it.

Corn Bags are perfect with the smaller kernel feed corn, this type of corn works well when
in a pillow type shaped pad and size is not an issue.
